I want to help you get in the best shape of your life.

Adriana is more than a Fitness Trainer. She is also a Life Coach who helps women connect with their bodies through exercise and movement.

With my 20 plus years of experience, I want to help you transform the way you feel about your body on the inside so that you can rock it on the outside.  

My private workouts are dynamic, fun, and specially designed to suit your goals – no matter where you are in your fitness journey.  

I combine everything I know and pack it into a 60-minute circuit training workout based on your interests and goals. 

I offer Zoom and in-person private sessions.
